Additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for families and groups, while the lower-level bunk room is a favorite for kids and larger parties, featuring three bunk beds with twin-over-twin sleeping arrangements and twin trundle beds underneath for extra sleeping space. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting, relax on the beautiful porch, fire up the charcoal grill, or spend time by the lake with family and friends. Whether you're gathering around the dining table, enjoying movie nights on the Smart TVs, or watching the sunset over the water, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and Maine lakefront living. LINENS: We provide sheets, quilts, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. CONSUMABLES: We provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap. GENERAL: High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in the living room, basement, and primary bedroom, heating and air conditioning, laundry facilities, and beautiful lake views throughout the property. The home's water is filtered and safe to drink. PARKING: Accommodates up to 3 vehicles, with space in the driveway and additional parking alongside the street. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Bedroom 1 features one queen bed, Bedroom 2 also includes one queen bed, and the primary Bedroom 3 offers one king bed. For larger groups, the downstairs living room provides three bunk beds, making it an excellent space for children or extra guests. KITCHEN: Gather, cook, and connect in this open concept kitchen and dining space, featuring a large island with bar seating and a roomy dining table perfect for family meals. Enjoy all the essentials, including a fullsize refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, two coffee makers (Mr. Coffee and Keurig), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, silverware, and grill tools. Dish soap and dishwasher pods are also provided. OUTDOOR LIVING: access to a spacious backyard with chairs and a water front patio and dock.
