Enjoy all four of Maine's seasons at this lakehouse. The Main House at Getogether Stays cabin micro-resort sleeps 8 and includes free kayaks. Have you ever dreamed of being the owner of a campground or wondered what it is like to stay in the owner's building at one? Well here is your chance to live your dream for a visit to this cabin campground. The cabins are closed in the winter, but the main house is still available to rent! Enjoy this lovely home and the entire grounds of the property

Good to know

Bedroom 1: Comfortably furnished with a king-sized bed and a spacious closet. This is on the first floor of the house and has easy access to the bathroom. Bedroom 2: Features two full beds and a dresser, ideal for children or guests. On the second floor. Bedroom 3: Boasts a queen bed and a small work desk, perfect for relaxation or catching up on work. Views of the lake through the window over the desk. Bathroom 1: A full bathroom equipped with a shower, vanity, and essential toiletries. A simple set up, it serves the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Bathroom 2: Includes a bathtub/shower combo, a mirror, and a vanity. Conveniently located for easy access from the first bedroom and living areas. Living Area: Styled with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. This inviting space is great for relaxation and social gatherings. Dining Area: Contains a dining table with seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals together. The area is enhanced by natural light and a view of the outdoors. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Features ample counter space and all you should need to cook for your stay if you don't want to go out.

My self or other staff members might be around the cabin campground area doing winter maintenance during daytime hours, but we won't bother you and won't be near the main house!

The main house is located in Orland, Maine. Right on the shores of Toddy Pond, you’re also less than 20 minutes from beautiful coastal Maine towns and around 45 minutes to Acadia National Park.

Guest Access

You can access all of the main house and the grounds of the property. If you'd like to check out one of the cabins, I'm happy to try to make that available for you upon request!

We had a wonderful getaway weekend! Eddie was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The home was beautiful and well kept. The labels in the kitchen helped a lot with navigating items and the wide collection of games kept us entertained. Nearest grocery store was 10 minutes away which was convenient. Overall, our stay was as expected and our unexpected snowfall gave us a beautiful view outside the windows! We definitely recommend a stay whether in season or off season!

Eddie and his team made this trip absolutely amazing. The house was cozy while still keeping a “cabin-like” atmosphere. The view of the lake was beautiful and Eddie was possibly the most proactive host I’ve ever seen. 10/10 experience.

Nice and clean home, quiet area. Comfortable beds. Host is very responsive. Entire home feels like home while you are there- well kept and cozy and not over cluttered. We had a welcome treat when we first entered this home. A christmas tree all lit up and decorated! This was a very personal touch that made us feel welcomed. I say this because we have been staying at rentals every year for years for the holidays and this is the first Christmas tree that has ever been provided for us. Well done!! I also want to give a shout out to the cleaning team. Well done and you are doing a great job! Thank you Edie and your team for letting us enjoy a "home away from home" for Christmas.

The location and the space were perfect. Stunning lakeside views with a fire pit. Centrally located between Acadia National Park and Bangor. Eddie was incredibly responsive, made suggestions for our trip, and made us feel right at home. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be staying at this property.

Eddie’s place was great to stay at- it was clean and spacious and our son loved the kids room. The property is absolutely beautiful, and we hope to get back in the summer time at some point!
