The location is peaceful, beautiful and very convenient for those heading to Acadia National Park. Nearby Ellsworth also has a lot to offer for restaurants, breweries, and other shops. The cabin is very clean and comfortable, with rustic bones but modern comforts. The screened-in porch is the perfect place to sip coffee in the morning and watch the sunset over the lake at night. Eddie is a helpful and responsive host. I appreciated his proactive instructions for check in and check out, and it was all very easy. All of our interactions with staff and other guests were friendly. Toddy Pond is so clean, clear and refreshing, but make sure to bring water shoes to walk over the first few feet of rocks. Already looking forward to our next stay in this cozy and relaxing gem!

Adorable little bungalow cabin. We just needed a stopover for a night. There was even firewood there so we had a campfire and a relaxing night. Woke to the sound of water lapping against the rocks. So peaceful and enjoyable. Eddie was an excellent host and answered all my questions promptly.

This is just the cutest cabin! We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 doggies. It was so nice to wake up and jump right in the lake, or come back after a day at Acadia to swim with our pups and relax by the fire. The cabin was very clean and the bed and bed linens were extremely comfortable. Looking forward to spending another week there in the future!

We had a great time on the property! Kayaking, fishing, swimming, campfire and grilling… the cabin had AC to cool down, and it was not too far from Bar Harbor. We thought we were going to spend more time away from the cabin, but ended up having a great time there and didn’t want to leave!

We loved Moose Cabin. It was clean and comfortable, and had the basics you could need. The surrounding nature was beautiful, and we loved sitting by the lake - it was so peaceful and pleasant. Eddie was very responsive and gave clear instructions for finding the parking lot and cabin. We would highly recommend staying at this AirBnB, and we would love to return ourselves!

Eddie was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire experience, both before and during our trip. The Moose Cabin was an absolute dream: cozy, charming, and perfectly located. We loved having direct lake access, where we swam, grilled, and gathered around the campfire. Watching the sunset from the dock was truly a 10 out of 10 moment. With Hannaford just 8 minutes away and Acadia National Park a short drive, everything we needed was within easy reach. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the cabin was easy to find. We would love to return on our next trip to beautiful Maine!
