A charming tiny lakeside cabin perfect for those seeking outdoor recreational adventures visiting Acadia National Park, a relaxing lake trip, or a true Maine historic cabin campground experience. Enjoy this unique cabin with a spacious waterfront in Orland, Maine. Relax in the shade of the towering pine tree grove, swim, kayak, picnic, fish, or sit back and relax with a view. When you want to explore, the cabin’s location is perfectly convenient to Bucksport, Ellsworth, Bangor, and Bar Harbor!

Good to know

This is a tiny cabin, 14x14ft wide. Inside the room is split by a half wall. A king size bed is on one half and a futon on the other. The kitchenette is in the same space. There is an attached and fully remodeled bathroom. The bathroom is small but equipped! Brand new stand-up shower, toilet and vanity. Out the front door is a marvelous screened in porch with another dining table. Outside, there is a 6 ft picnic table.

Loon Cabin is located in Orland, Maine. Right on the shores of Toddy Pond, you’re also less than 20 minutes from many beautiful coastal Maine towns and around 45 minutes to Acadia National Park.

Guest access

You have access to Loon Cabin, one of nine unique cabins at Getogether Stays. You have access to the waterfront of Toddy Pond. There are kayaks available for use and stairs down to the water where there is a small beach to enjoy. Guests have access to the entire cabin and all shared amenities of the resort. Enjoy a morning paddle on the pond with our complimentary kayaks, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or relax on the dock with a good book. Free parking is available on the premises. Remember to be kind and considerate of your cabin neighbors who are also there to enjoy the serenity of nature.

We had a great experience at the Loon Cabin. It was a convenient location for our trip to Acadia National Park and had everything by we needed for our short stay. Plus, we are so appreciate that it was dog-friendly!

Such a beautiful little place. The view is amazing, and you have pretty much everything you could need. It was so special being able to bring my dog along, and he loved the place just as much as I did. Highly recommend!!

Find us

You'll want a car to explore any surrounding areas, but you also would have all you need to enjoy a week right at the cabin. This area of Maine does not have consistent rideshare service. If you need help with coordinating transportation, let me know ahead of time. This cabin will be permitted to have 1 car parked on site.
